Please check in 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour at 5-5190 Kūhiō Highway Hanalei, HI 96714
- Find their little green office in Ching Young Village (between Big Save and the Hanalei Post Office).

The map above shows our designated parking area, but don’t worry if it’s tricky to find — they’ll point you to the right direction when you check in.

Note: Even though this is a non-snorkeling tour, you’ll wade through ankle- to waist-deep water — yes, really! — to board the boat, so wear clothes and shoes that can get wet. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!

Policies & Restrictions
- Ages 4 years or older.
- Guests with bad back, severe joint, or heart issues are NOT permitted.
- Guests with recent surgeries are NOT permitted.
- Guests who are pregnant (any stage) are NOT permitted.
- Guest must be able to wade through waist-deep water.
- Guest must be able to climb a 4-step ladder unassisted to get in and out of vessel.
Recommendations
- Due to our boarding process, all passengers must be able to wade through water and climb a four-step ladder unassisted. We cannot accommodate those with recent major surgery affecting the neck, back, hips or knees. No exceptions or refunds are available for those unable to board due to physical limitations.
- Seasickness precautions are always recommended for all passengers – even on the calmest days.
- It’s best to take proactive measures early. Please note, refunds are not provided for seasickness.
- If you start feeling unwell onboard, let your captain or crew know. They have tips and tricks from years of experience to help you feel more comfortable. Don’t worry; they’ve seen it all before and are here to assist you.
Disclaimer
The North Shore experiences big winter surf and changing ocean conditions in the winter months. Tour is only operated when it’s safe, so tours may be adjusted or canceled for safety.

- Tours may be adjusted for safety due to ocean conditions
- If a tour cancels due to the ocean conditions, you’ll be notified by text & email as soon as the captan makes the call — please opt in for both when booking

You can do so by calling (888) 207-0722 or contact us online.
- No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of activity
- For groups of 6+ there are no refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of activity
- We will gladly reschedule your activity at no extra cost if changes are made prior to the 48 or 72 hour cancellation period
- Cancellations from date of booking to 48 hours before activity or for larger groups 72 hours before activity are subject to a 10% service charge
- If for some reason we are unable to confirm your reservation with the activity operator due to oversold seats or other unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be provided and you will be notified immediately to discuss alternative dates and activities
If a tour operator cancels any trip due to weather, mechanical failure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient reservations, a full refund will be provided.
