KAUAI'S NATIONAL BOTANICAL GARDENS

The McBryde Garden is tucked away in the secluded Lāwa‘i Valley. This garden allows you to explore at your own pace. Encounter rare and endangered Hawaiian species, and some extinct in the wild! You also visit the living laboratory where scientists are still learning the secrets of these plants. The tour check-in is at the South Shore Visitors Center, a short distance from the Valley rim. The Allerton Garden is tucked away on the ocean side of the secluded Lāwa‘i Valley. This was once a retreat of Hawaii’s Queen Emma. Witness a variety of plants, sculptures, and rippling pools. You can even sit in the same trees found in Jurassic Park! The tour check-in is at NTBG’s South Shore Visitors Center, a short distance from the Valley rim. The Limahuli Garden is located on the north end of Kauai. Limahuli provides an incomparable natural beauty that Hawaii has to offer.
