Arizona Memorial & USS Missouri Tour

Introduction

Take a patriotic journey to the island of O'ahu, you will explore the USS Missouri, and view the site of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor with a Navy launch across Pearl Harbor to the Arizona Memorial. Continue on a historic journey through downtown Honolulu attractions, including Kawaiahao Church and Iolani Palace. End the day with the serenity of Punchbowl National Cemetery of the Pacific and Courts of the Missing.

Tour Description

Enjoy a historic tour on the island of O'ahu and take a patriotic journey from the site of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor to the signing of the armistice on the USS Missouri. You will board the Navy launch across Pearl Harbor to the Arizona Memorial and explore the USS Missouri. This is the last battleship built by the US Navy and served from World War II through Desert Storm. In 1945 the Missouri was the site of the Japanese surrendering to the Allies. Continue on your historic journey through downtown Honolulu including Kawaiahao Church, Iolani Palace, State Library and Archives, the famous statue of King Kamehameha, Honolulu Hale and the Mission Houses Museum. Before returning to Kaua'i you will experience the serenity of Punchbowl National Cemetery of the Pacific and Courts of the Missing.

Tour Notes

Wear comfortable attire and shoes. Closed-toe shoes are recommended due to uneven walking surfaces. Wear Sunscreen, bring a camera and wallet. There is walking and stairs on tour.

TOUR POLICIES, RESTRICTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Children must be at least 2 years of age. All Passengers must present government issued photo I.D.'s for airline check-in. No refund given to passengers denied boarding due to lack of proper identification. I.D.'s also required for Military base entry. Due to the terrorist attacks on the United States and the location of the USS Arizona Memorial on an active military base, strict security measures are currently being enforced. No purses, handbags, fanny packs, backpacks, camera bags, diaper bags, luggage or other items that offer concealment are allowed in the visitor center or on the memorial. Strollers with pockets and compartments must be empty before being allowed in the visitor center. Personal cameras are allowed.Baggage storage is available for a fee.

Food & Beverages

No meals included. Lunch in Waikiki Area, $5-$20/person. May bring own snacks.

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTIFY HAWAII ADVENTURE CENTER IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN ACTIVITY.

  • No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of activity
  • For groups of 6+ there are no refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of activity
  • We will gladly reschedule your activity at no extra cost if changes are made prior to the 48 or 72 hour cancellation period
  • Cancellations from date of booking to 48 hours before activity or for larger groups 72 hours before activity are subject to a 10% service charge
  • If for some reason we are unable to confirm your reservation with the activity operator due to oversold seats or other unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be provided and you will be notified immediately to discuss alternative dates and activities

If a tour operator cancels any trip due to weather, mechanical failure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient reservations, a full refund will be provided
