The ocean is a vast and untamed wilderness, and while your experienced crew does their utmost to provide sightings of these magnificent creatures, their presence cannot be guaranteed. The journey, with its potential for surprises and spontaneous marvels, is what makes each tour a unique and thrilling experience. Captains and Crew will work diligently to find the whales and provide a top notch experience for you!

Tour departs from Kukui’Ula Small Boat Harbor (Poipu Small Boat Harbor), 4637 Amio Rd, Koloa, HI 96756.

- Minimum age for participants: 5 years old.
- All guests MUST be physically capable for an adventure! Zodiac Boats are NOT leisure cruises. Make sure to know the style of boat!
- Due to safety concerns, pregnant individuals may NOT board the vessel.
- Due to safety concerns, people with bad backs, necks, hips, chronic joint problems or recent surgeries of any kind should not join this tour.
- This tour does not take place on the Napali Coast.
- No snorkeling is included in this tour.
- Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the activity location.

- There is no restroom on our boats. It is preferred you use the restrooms at the meeting spot before the start of the tour, as there will not be a bathroom to use once the tour begins.

- No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of activity
- For groups of 6+ there are no refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of activity
- We will gladly reschedule your activity at no extra cost if changes are made prior to the 48 or 72 hour cancellation period
- Cancellations from date of booking to 48 hours before activity or for larger groups 72 hours before activity are subject to a 10% service charge
- If for some reason we are unable to confirm your reservation with the activity operator due to oversold seats or other unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be provided and you will be notified immediately to discuss alternative dates and activities
If a tour operator cancels any trip due to weather, mechanical failure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient reservations, a full refund will be provided.
