- No refunds due to Haleakala due to inclement weather conditions impacting visibility.
Restrictions
- Kindly note that this tour is not recommended for guests with heart or respiratory conditions that may be exacerbated due to high altitude.
- People who have gone scuba diving should wait 72 hours before going on this tour.
- This tour is operated on rough, winding roads. It is not recommended for pregnant women or those with back or motion problems.
Recommendations
- Dress warmly (important). The temperature can be as low as around 20 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Wear comfortable attire and shoes. Closed-toe shoes are recommended due to uneven walking surfaces. Wear Sunscreen, bring a camera and wallet.

- If for some reason we are unable to confirm your reservation with the activity operator due to oversold seats or other unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be provided and you will be notified immediately to discuss alternative dates and activities
If a tour operator cancels any trip due to weather, mechanical failure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient reservations, a full refund will be provided.
