Your adventure starts at the Wailua River Marina, located just 1 mile from check-in site.
Get ready for an exciting adventure on our Secret Falls Tour! You’ll paddle approximately 2 miles along the stunning Wailua River, followed by a mile hike to reach the impressive Uluwehi Falls, also known as Secret Falls.
Once you arrive at the towering 120-foot waterfall, you can enjoy a well-deserved lunch, take a refreshing swim, and capture unforgettable photos in this breathtaking setting.

Know Before You Go
This Wailua River tour is a physically demanding adventure, designed for active individuals who are ready to explore Kauai’s natural beauty. While no prior kayaking experience is required, guests must be able to:
- Follow instructions from the guide.
- Paddle a total of 4 miles on the Wailua River.
- Hike 2.5 miles round trip through uneven terrain.
- Expecting mothers are allowed to join the tour up to 20 weeks.
This 5.5-hour excursion is both rewarding and rigorous. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participants must be in good health and capable of completing the full tour. Unfortunately, individuals with bad backs, knee issues, or recent surgeries cannot be accommodated.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Participants should be comfortable in the water, enjoy hiking and be in good physical condition. Tour includes a total of 4 miles of paddling and 2 miles of hiking. Trail conditions can be muddy and slippery at times.
- No bad knees, or bad backs
PREGNANCY:
- For your safety, tour operator cannot accept bookings for women who will be more than 20 weeks pregnant on the date of the tour.
WEATHER:
- Tours go out rain or shine. In the event of extremely inclement weather, tours will be rescheduled.

Your morning begins at their kiosk in the Coconut Marketplace, located at 4-484 Kuhio Hwy, Kapaa, HI 96746.
Look for the water tower in the center—the kiosk is right underneath it! They open at check-in time, so if you arrive early and our doors are closed, there’s no need to worry.

- No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of activity
- For groups of 6+ there are no refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of activity
- We will gladly reschedule your activity at no extra cost if changes are made prior to the 48 or 72 hour cancellation period
- Cancellations from date of booking to 48 hours before activity or for larger groups 72 hours before activity are subject to a 10% service charge
- If for some reason we are unable to confirm your reservation with the activity operator due to oversold seats or other unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be provided and you will be notified immediately to discuss alternative dates and activities
If a tour operator cancels any trip due to weather, mechanical failure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient reservations, a full refund will be provided.
